An archetype is a pattern that connects the people of the world across time and culture. The idea of the archetype was conceived by Swiss psychoanalyst Carl Jung. In literature, archetypes are characters or symbols that are recognizable regardless of their place or time of origin (like the Hero or Villian). In the Tarot, the archetypes of the Major Arcana cards have unique character traits that stimulate our subconscious mind to create change and growth. Flower and Gem Essences are subtle vibrational energy medicine; flower essences are the gentlest method of botanical healing. Each and every flower and gemstone holds a unique healing property. A flower or gemstone’s energetic vibration is imprinted into water, and can be ingested or used topically to work with our meridian system to “untangle” our psyche (similar to acupuncture, but energetically). Flower and Gem Essences work through layers of our body systems, shifting thoughts and behaviors over time to reveal more of our authentic self and true nature; physical healing can also occur when used in a therapeutic way.
This five-week, life-changing coaching program is individually customized to support each client’s expressed goals and outcomes, while also compassionately investigating the gap that may exist between those desires and current reality. During the initial interview process, client objectives are clarified, questions are answered, and the first of two essences is created, based on archetypes of the Tarot. Through a combination of integrative modalities (life coaching, hypnotherapy, reiki, and aromatherapy) and use of specific frameworks, clients will:
Envision their dream future, notice patterns that block desires and learn to change them
Overcome obstacles (fear and other limiting beliefs) and resolve inner conflict
Conquer self-sabotage and increase confidence
Develop internal strength and inner resources
Build new positive habits

Executive Functions Coaching for Success & Happiness

Executive functions are brain processes that help you regulate the world around you. They control your abilities and your behaviors. They are what help you achieve your goals - through time management, goal-setting, decision-making, and organizational skills. Neurodiversity can be congential or acquired. Trauma can negatively affect these abilities, yet new neural pathways can be created through instruction and practice, and in a way that is individually suited to each person. As a teacher, I heard students express frustration and negative self-talk because certain skills did not come naturally to them. As a holistic wellness practitioner, I also understand the impact that adverse life experiences can have on seemingly unrelated aspects of life. As a result, I was inspired to create a multi-sensory system that has helped people of all ages understand themselves better, learn strategies that work with their strengths, and feel successful. Through a proprietary framework, which includes self-discovery exercises and holistic approaches, people of all ages can build skills to help them keep promises made to themselves and reach their desired outcomes, whether personally or professionally.

Infrared Crystal Reiki Treatment for People and Pets
Cost: $150 | Session Length: 90 Minutes
Modern Western medicine is effective for treating acute health conditions. However, it is often unable to treat the cause of chronic health issues; instead symptoms are managed. Chronic health issues often manifest physically as a result of unprocessed, negative emotions/trauma stored within the body. Such emotions can be released through the healing practice of Reiki. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that directs universal life force energy to areas of the physical body to open energy centers, release trapped emotions, and provide relaxation. This life force energy, and use of crystals, can also be helpful for pets.
Each session is customized to suit your preferences and desired outcomes. After a thorough intake interview, you are invited to lie (fully clothed) on a comfortably heated table to begin a full hour of relaxation, starting with guided breathing exercises. You may choose to listen to the sounds of instrumental music, crystal bowls, nature or silence during treatment and are invited to experience aromatherapy and/or sound healing, if desired. Additionally, a hands-off approach to treatment is an option to light touch if you prefer.
The complementary use of a MediCrystal ™ far infrared healing mat, which contains over twenty pounds of amethyst and black tourmaline crystals, during the Reiki session further awakens your body’s natural restorative abilities and energies as the innate intelligence of universal life force energy provides the deep relaxation that is conducive to a sense of well-being.
***During treatment, you may experience sensations of tingling, warmth or slight involuntary movements. For up to several days after treatment, you may experience a reduction in level of stress, fatigue, and physical discomfort, as well as more restful sleep and enhanced dreams.

If you feel “stuck” and ready to shift repeated patterns or undesired thought or behavior, support is available for you! Hypnotherapy uses the power of the mind to bring changes in thought and behavior. The physical body and conscious mind are in a relaxed state, while the subconscious mind remains alert and able to recall, resolve and reframe past events and accept new suggestions create a better future. Anything that can be imagined can be realized!
These customized sessions are designed to support those who are ready to shift repeated patterns of undesired beliefs, thoughts, or behaviors, which may have origins in this life experience or previous ones, in a relaxing way. My area of expertise is Transpersonal Hypnotherapy - helping you become more YOU. Subconscious Reinvention, Inner Child Work, Parts Therapy and Regression Therapy, for example, support clients in reaching desired goals and achieve greater peace, clarity, and balance in all areas of life — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually During the interview process, your goals are clarified and questions are thoroughly addressed. For those who are new to hypnotherapy, a sample exercise is first performed prior to full induction in order to familiarize the client with the process.
***During a session, you may experience profound relaxation, reduction of physical discomfort as well as experience vivid imagery and new awareness. Conversely, you may not consciously recall the experience at all if you were in a deep level of trance. After a session, you may notice desired changes in thought or behavior, bursts of sudden inspiration, reduction in level of stress or physical discomfort, as well as more restful sleep and enhanced dreams.

Divination tools, like Tarot, are most empowering when used to understand life (as opposed to prophecy). I blend intuition and life coaching skills to help you find an empowering way forward. You will find clarity and guidance regarding such topics as: work, relationships, or creative projects, for example More often than not, we have the answers within, yet the additional confirmation offers courage and direction. Additionally, intuitive messages are received and shared during this process to offer personalized guidance. Typically, three questions can be answered and discussed in-depth during a one hour reading. Ultimately, you have complete choice and free will regarding any of the information offered. However, for those seeking direction about particular situations in their life, a Tarot reading can provide helpful insight.
Each card reading is a unique and highly personalized experience, tailored specifically to your questions in a confidential, safe and private environment. In addition to the wisdom of the cards, action steps are suggested. There are also many opportunities for your own self-discovery, intuitive guidance and new awareness to emerge within this collaborative process. You are welcome to photograph the cards and/or take notes, if desired. Following a reading, you may notice a desire to implement action based on guidance received. Distance Reiki Treatment for People and Pets
Cost: $150 | Session Length: 90 minutes
Receive similar benefits of an in-person Reiki treatment in the comfort of your own home, or while travelling. Universal life force energy is not limited to time or space, and clients report profound experiences with this method of treatment. Goals are established beforehand, and a summary of the session is completed afterwards. Reiki energy is transmitted for one hour. It is recommended that you relax in your own space while treatment is being offered.
Spiritual Counseling and Consulting

Sometimes we need an objective, compassionate ear to listen as we express ourselves; often, we come to our own conlcusions. Sometimes, we need confirmation that there is more to life than we see on the surface of our physical reality.
