A Five Week Self-Discovery Program to Return to Your Sacred Feminine Nature
Cost: $450 for Five 90 minute sessions
This five-week, holistic coaching program is highly tailored to support your expressed goals and dreams, while also compassionately investigating the gap that may exist between those desires and current reality. During the initial interview process, your objectives are clarified, questions are answered, and the program is thoroughly explained. Through a combination of integrative modalities (life coaching, guided imagery meditation and hypnotherapy, reiki, and aromatherapy) and use of specific frameworks, you are invited to:

Week 1 - Envision your dream future, and learn manifestation techniques
Week 2 - Explore the gap between dream and present reality, and build the bridge to begin to close that gap
Week 3 - Integrate body, mind, and spirit by recognizing and honoring your innate wholeness (feminine, masculine, and child)
Week 4 - Embody humanity and divinity by creating space within the physical vessel in order to feel a stronger connection to their authentic self and to the Universe/Source
Week 5 - Acknowledge your greatness by reflecting on the progress which comes through awareness, self-compassion, and gaining new skills that can be used in other life situations
You also engage in a variety of self-discovery activities between sessions, with email or text support as needed. Session notes are emailed within 24 hours of coaching appointments in order to support weekly, at-home activities. Upon program completion, you receive a gift certificate for a mini Goddess portrait session provided by Shawnda Bauer, owner of Blissful Gypsy Arts. Additionally, optional monthly “maintenance” support is available as a supplementary service for a nominal cost to support your continued forward momentum.
***During any session, you may experience powerful breakthroughs, as well as re-experience emotions related to past experiences. You are fully and empathetically supported in processing all emotions in order to acknowledge and reframe the past to live forward. Additional support is available between sessions, as needed, to integrate experiences and promote further healing.
